Thai Kee IGA is a grocery store located in Haymarket, Sydney. My position at this job was a Brand & Operations assistant. The role included in assisting with the end to end order pick, pack and customer service of online Ecommerce orders and weekly marketing work.
Online Orders work includes:
- Updating Shopify products
- Daily accurate Print, Pick, Set aside and Pack online orders for delivery pick up
- Customer service via Gmail and Shopify for online orders
Marketing work includes:
- Graphic design for online website banners, campaigns, EDM graphics
- Content creation for social media, in store print and signage materials, upcoming products and releases
Dulcet Shokupan
Campaign includes designing website’s homepage banner (web and mobile versions), category banner, EDMs, and Instagram stories to introduce and highlight new product.
